Hello, I have taken delivery of the cleaning pole excuse the pun,although I haven't yet used it appears in order and I am impressed with its lightness and construction. I had a conservatory built earlier in the year, and it would appear that I have found in your equipment not only the solution of how to clean the roof, but also the bedroom window immediately above it. It also allows me to clean the side of the roof which falls away to my neighbour by simply cleaning that side from the bedroom window without the need of having to go round to the neighbour and asking permission for access, many thanks. Just a quick note to say Thanks very much for great service, communication and product. I managed to clean my windows in-between the frosty weather and the product works very well (you wont need much of the concentrate, a little produces a lot of bubbles) but at least we can see out of the upstairs windows now without having to get the ladder out! Well done - order delivered this morning. Significantly better than order on John Lewis on 6 Jan - still not delivered! Seriously, if you want feedback on/to FedEx, their driver is splendid. He made a different delivery here before Christmas and we had a challenge in getting back up our drive in the snow/ice. This morning was the same story but he remains cheerful whilst wielding a shovel to shift the snow.Richard

Hi there Just thought I would drop you a short email thanking you for your advise and suggestions on my recent purchase. I have just used the system on the outside of our house which has weatherboards half-way down the exterior that get covered with green spores on over the winter months. Your system is fantastic and has removed all of the spores and makes the weatherboarding look like new again, once again many thanks for your help in choosing the correct components when I placed my order

Dear Mr Makepeace,Thank you for your note – I did get to use the equipment on Saturday morning and it just fine, thank you very much. I was able to get started on cleaning the white guttering / boards below at the top of our house within just a few minutes and despite some awkward areas particularly above the conservatory, completed the task within the hour without too much difficulty. Some customer feedback for you. We've had this barrow now four 4 years. It was a birthday present for my wife, and since then she has sung its praises to everyone. I love it too, because we live in a suburban area and have to deal with most garden waste by taking it to the recycling centre - used to be called the dump. It is so easy to go from barrow to boot to skip without spilling a leaf on the way. So thank you for a great idea.

Hi, Barrow arrived this morning and put to work. I cut grass for a living during the summer the barrow has very nearly earned enough today for it self. This will happen early Monday morning the bags hold loads of cuttings cuts the time I spend moving clippings therefore more time cutting equals more money earned.
