How to Order Online

1) Ordering a Product

To order a product simply type the quantity you require and press Add to Basket.
Click OK and continue to work through the website and add as many different items as you wish.

2) View Basket

You can check your order at any time by clicking on the Basket button. This will list all the items that you have added to your basket. You can also use this screen to remove unwanted items or change the order quantity.
To remove an item, just click the Remove button alongside the item.

Tip: You can check the basket as often as you wish.

3) Check Out

When you have added all the items you require to the basket, the final stage is to Check Out.
First, click the Checkout button.You now need to enter your name and address and select either Credit Card Payment or Email/Cheque from the bottom of the page.

Credit Card

If you wish to pay by credit card, then simply proceed to the checkout and have your details ready.

You will be presented with various screens where you will be required to enter your personal details. All of this is performed on a secure server with a high grade encrypted connection to ensure your details are safe and protected. To confirm this secure connection you can view the approved certificate signed by Thawte by clicking the padlock icon on the bottom right hand corner of your screen, and the address prefix should start 'https://'. The 's' signifies the secure connection.

You can exit the checkout at any point by navigating as usual using the menu on the left. This will take you off the secure connection and back to the regular one.

Your order is now complete !

You will be sent an email confirming the details you entered into the website. A member of the our team will process your order. If they have any queries they will contact you as soon as possible, so be sure that you have entered your correct telephone number and email address.
